ITG launched two enterprise software products: ITG Finance Manager and ITG Payroll Manager which later was known as ComUnion ERP.
 

ITG acquired Ecommsite Solutions, Inc., a web creation and applications development company.

ITG was appointed Philippine distributor of ManageEngine products (formerly known as Adventnet), a suite of products which focuses on integrated IT Management.
 

ITG acquired Q Linux Solutions, Inc., an opensource company focused on Linux services and training. ITG was also appointed as the Philippine Training Partner of Red Hat Inc.
 

ITG reorganized the operations according to practice areas: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Key Customer Relationship Management (KCRM) and Web Applications, IT Service Management and Enterprise Infrastructure and IT Training.

ITG was appointed Silver Partner of Netsuite, a cloud-based ERP software.

ITG was appointed as Advanced Business Partner of Red Hat. It was also the year ITG became Territory Partner of IT Learning Solutions and Reseller partner of SQLView.
